(or is there some way I can 'reset' the Club Lloyds benefit on that account?)
That's a definite no, I asked about that earlier this year.
Does the 'downgrade to Classic, wait a short while, upgrade back to Club Lloyds' method definitely not work?

Sorry yes, that would probably work. I meant asking them if they could just reset it. I didn't try that in case it affected the RS (I only have one CL account).

I have been on the magazine benefit for a year from 3/11/2022. I received my renewal email in October and I chose Disney Plus.

This morning I received my activation email directing me to the Club Lloyds site which said the following.

Your subscription is for Disney+ Standard With Ads. At this time we are unable to upgrade your subscription to Standard or Premium.

    My email says this:

If you have recently selected Disney+ as your Lifestyle Benefit and received confirmation that your subscription is Disney+ Standard With Ads, please be advised that the product you will receive at the point of fulfilment will be Disney+ Premium instead.

I think this will apply to you also.

    Cheers

Well, I have just activated my benefit and created my Disney plus account and my profile says that my subscription is Disney+ Premium (Monthly).

I am in the middle of Loki season 1 episode 1 and no sign of any adverts (yet)!

What is this exactly, an add-on to an existing satellite TV service or a standalone internet offering? I wouldn't be interested in either but if it is worth several times the value of 6 ODEON cinema ticket then I would like to give it to a relative.

For me it is a subscription to the Disney Plus entertainment platform. As it stands my free annual membership through Club Lloyds at no cost would otherwise cost me £10.99 per month or £109.90 in a single annual payment.

I have no idea how much 6 Odeon cinema tickets are worth but you can do the arithmetic and let us know.

I actually did the calculation on the Odeon tickets for my nearest cinema since it was likely going to be my second option if they weren't going to give me premium disney+. Worked out at £102-£114(depending on 2d or 3d) because it turns out they only offer "recliner" seats which cost quite a lot, and reminds me why I haven't been to the cinema in so long.
  • What I'd like to know - as it says a '12 month subscription' - does it last as long as you have the account or finish if you were to switch.

For example the Odeon tickets - you'd get in one go and could still switch right away. Does anyone know if the same will happen for the Disney+ deal?
