Well the battle of the ASHP v the A/C commenced at 05:30. They seem to have called a truce at 21 degrees and 48% RH, which is very comfortable. Next little problem to solve is the heat radiating from the wood stove, which is at about 50 degrees and close to the air inlet on the A/C. Owing to the restricted space I think black plastic bags filled with loft insulation will be involved. I'll then have to try to fashion an aesthetically acceptable finish, perhaps involving artfully arranged doilies and antimacassars!

Just shy of 44kWh gobbled up today.

A fraction under 30kWh with us yesterday. Lots of stuff done for free (or in fact, being paid to do) which would otherwise have cost us money - and it was delightful to drop yesterday's clothes into a completely empty laundry basket last night. Food prep for the week done, and MrEH baked another batch of rolls so we're set with those for this week and most of next.
Ended up with 59p "earnings" at the end of the day so that will cover the SC and still leave 10p credit. No complaints.

I suspect there will be a lot of us hitting the refresh button on our apps at 4pm to see what goodies lie in store - I for one won’t be doing any washing today.

Just rejoined. Taken the risk of ending my March fix as think Agile will work best for me now I've got an EV. Hopefully come November I don't regret it.
Cosidered IOG but the day rate is daft, I'd save £180 on the Eon equivalent...

Horses for courses. I'm on IOG with EV, solar and home battery and my average price per imported kWh is under 10p.
