@mmmmikey, I've never had them checked.
Although I've been running immersion heater 3kW, 2x2kW radiators, towel radiator altogether for years (no gas in my house). Now literally just adding washing machine and bread maker to the set (1kW + 500W) so don't expect that to change much.

And also they're all in different rooms + garage. Not like all kicking off from the same socket  :open_mouth:

Typical.  My replacement thermal store has just been fitted but not got the immersion wired up yet.  Awaiting the delivery of the shelly pro switches to control them.

Sounds like all good - didn't mean to be alarmist, just wanted to flag up that the middle of the night is not a good time to be loading wiring to the limit if it's not been done before.
  • Perfect timing. last night, got the car to 100% between 23:30 and 06:60. Looking forward to receiving my 10p credit.
  • Same here, all fine, possibly 40p credit 😎
Achieved max 6kW in 1h, I didn't take to consideration that the radiators switch themselves off when it gets too hot so I should have left it on 1:30-5:30 rather than trigger it automatically for shorter periods - as the house was only 20.5*C when I woke up at 9am.
  • I forgot to switch the dehumidifier on.
  • Ok I can see the stats now  :)

    -44p during negative hours
    27.8kW total yesterday
£1.09 on Agile (average 2.79p/kWh) - personal best
    £4.55 on Tracker
    £8.27 on Flexible
  • I applied to put my gas on Tracker and Octopus told me that my electricity couldn't stay on Agile if I do that.  Is this correct?

Not the correct answer from them.

I was on Tracker gas/Agile electric last winter and have now changed to the same combination for this winter. It definitely is allowed. Give them a ring and if you get a daft advisor who says you can't, ask them (politely) to refer it to a manager as they appear to have the wrong information.
