as I know when my cheap hours will be every day for the next 11 months!
Where's the fun in that!
I'm sure Go, or similar, is better for people with more regular lifestyles, especially when you have other family members needs/habits to account for. Agile is a fairly harmless hobby for old codgers who don't have to do anything, or be anywhere, at a particular time, though.

Hi folksI have asked this question on another forum but this one is probaby more appropiate.I am having problems getting my installer to switch on the 'Octopus Charge' option in the web portal for my Lux system so that I can take best advantage of being on the Agile tarriff. Is there a way to contact the manufacturer directly to get this done?Thanks0

Just looking at todays prices in London area, they are:
22:00-22:30 16.13p
22:30-23:00 16.13p
23:00-23:30
23:30-00:00
The last two are unknown, what does it mean? That they will be updated with "tomorrow's prices", or that they are the same as for previous hours 16.13p, or there was some sort of issue importing them?
---------
I'll answer myself, they were added with tomorrow's prices, and similar happened for tomorrow - they only show till 11pm. So I wonder if it's a clock change related.. oh well.0 -

The prices are calculated each day ahead from European market data and are based on European time which is an hour ahead of us. So our prices are from 00:00 to 00:00 European time which is 23:00 to 23:00 UK time.

This is slightly skewed though (spot which day) as I'm charging my car whenever, not when agile would be cheap.

@Spies, it is really hard to compare these tariffs.
In my Agile Vs SVR, when there is under 5p rate from 1-5am I would heat my home office to up to 30°C and then not heat it at all during the day. On SVR I would probably do like 1h heating on at 9am and 30m later.
The comparison would show 20p on Agile Vs £1.20 on SVR, but the true saving is lower, something like 20p Vs 50p.1 -
Yeah comparisons are likely to be hard. In my case (once my heating is fixed and I've sorted my automations) ill be using significantly more electric than I have ever done and a lot less gas. That's going to screw up my annual consumption tallys.More crucially from about 20 days on agile doing some testing, Tracker would have been about 50p cheaper, but had I not used 20kWh elec on a couple of days when it cost nothing on Agile, tracker would have come out a bit cheaper, but I'd have used more gas.0
