Tomorrow looks positively normal, all things considered.

I've only imported 2kWh, so far, today, and have generated over 16kWh, so I think I've dodged the bullet for the moment.

0.2kWh imported, 14kWh exported here. We had cloud in the afternoon, but it looks like there will be sun tomorrow so I'll use the battery overnight and hopefully recharge and export tomorrow. I'm definitely appreciating the panels and battery at the moment!

Has the Octopus Compare app changed for everyone now? Have to pay the subscription if you want to see when the best times are?

I believe that you always had to pay 50p / mth for it. But I have yet to try (and hear forum) reviews of the new improved version

That bit has always been free, I believe you got more historical data if you paid.

Also, it's gone up to 99p. I've signed up for the 7 day free trail as I find the best times bit quite handy

Hmmm…there are no obviously "good" slots over the next few days to get the WM and DW on, are there! Ah well, peaks and troughs!

Personally I preferred the old one. It was a much clearer way of viewing the upcoming rates and it made it relatively easy to correct the mean rate to allow for heating and gratuitous use.

The free version is now just slightly better than the main app for viewing rates and useless for comparing Agile with other tariffs

I suspect that different people use OC in different ways with differing results. Not currently being an agile person myself I have used it mainly retrospectively. I don't know if there is a reliable way of comparing Agile with other tariffs forward looking (for more than the very short term)
