I got chucked out of Agile, yesterday, and put on backdated SVT. I think Constantine has been at the Christmas gin.

Finally managed to get to CS, just now, and the agent has done something, so I now have masses of credit but it doesn't actually say what tariff now on, and there are no half-hourly prices. Amazing how lost one feels without having a handle on wholesale prices.

How and why did that happen? Problems with your smart meter?

The weekend looks _very_ good for prices so I'll definitely be getting the car to 100% and catching up on my bedding washing. In the longer term I'll be going A2A heat pump but in the meantime I occasionally use a hot air heater when Agile prices are especially good and less than the 4.87p [today] I'm paying for gas.

No idea. The CS agent did say there were a few readings missing but it didn't cause any problems before I got my export MPAN. They just re-polled the meter and the blanks got filled in and I got an itemised bill every month. Since the export was added I've had no billing/billed for my exports/other erroneous "corrections". They have fixed it pretty smartly, each time, but there is definitely a gremlin in the system.

Anyway, I'm back on Agile again, although the totting up seems to only go to the end of September, so it looks like I have more credit than I actually have. I guess it'll catch up eventually.
