    I didn't realise until just now that my tariff had automatically switched back from Agile to Flexible Octopus overnight (I haven't kept on top of my emails... so my own fault). I noticed too late to call the call centre, so have put in a request to switch back to Agile online and am keeping my fingers crossed that it'll go through quickly. I had wondered why Octopus watch was suddenly not showing Agile pricing!

    Unfortunately I imported quite a bit early this morning based on Agile pricing, and had plans for tonight/tomorrow on the same basis which will now have to be shelved and I'll rely on the solar and battery until I can see that the switch has gone through. 

    ETA - it seems to have gone through in the time it took me to write this 🤣

    Are you sure about that? These are this evening’s rates and that is what I will pay for my normal usage. OK, any extra might be free but not normal usage.

    If you are signed up to Octoplus then you should get an e-mail inviting you to sign up for free electricity sessions,  It doesn't matter what the Agile rates are at the time anything you use over your normal usage is free.
