IIRC 4 of the lights should flash every 5 (?) seconds, with the mesh light remaining blank for most people. WAN light giving 5 rapid flashes then a pause, and repeat indicates an issue, I think?
As above though - it might right itself without input - I too had an issue a while ago, the comms hub then started working again spontaneously and gradually the missing info got populated as well.
*edit to add* my meter did continue to "talk" to the Home Mini so this sounds like something different. (or, as said, the stuff in the garage blocking the signal to the HM!)🎉 MORTGAGE FREE (First time!) 30/09/2016 🎉 And now we go again…New mortgage taken 01/09/23 🏡

Based on https://www.ovoenergy.com/guides/secure-liberty-100-smart-meter-guide the 5 flashes indicates a strong signal. The junk pile was in the wrong direction and is shifted now anyway.Still nothing from Octopus so will probably phone the tomorrow if they don't reply to the email. Will have been a week that it's stopped reporting tomorrow.

Plenty of cheap electricity overnight tonight, and most of tomorrow daytime. Heating is going on, so the wife will be happy! And I'll be happy as she's making steak and ale pie1

Will wait for Octopus to reply to my email, or phone them on Monday if they don't.Can only guess it may have been an update or something gone wrong to have caused the IHD and home mini to lose connection.7 days on and the mini & IHD have reconnected. No missing data by the looks of it so all is well. Not sure if it auto restarted or if Octopus did anything.2

I would be interested to hear opinions on this, does this mean 6th and 7th or just for 6th
Query was missing half hour readings 6th and 7th.
"I can confirm, i have managed to obtain the reads for 06th April 2024 - 07th April 2024 and added them to your account successfully"
"Hope this has resolved your issue"

"Hope this has resolved your issue"PPI success. Banding success. Double Dip PCN cancelled! South facing solar (Midlands) and battery. Savings Session supporter (is it worth it now!?)1 -

"Hope this has resolved your issue"Auto re-billed - 6th to Agile - 7th to Flexible
Sent email 3 September - No reply
Someone had been answering on X last week about other things, I asked if someone could resolve above -
"Unfortunately we were unable to retrieve half hourly data for the 7th April."
Originally answered via X saying same thing about 6th and 7th
Edit - Monday credited with Flexible charge for 7th April + £10 goodwill credit due to ongoing feedback I gave to Octopus rather than 3 September and follow up emails i sent.

Interesting to see the prices when the weather is static for some time:
14p off peak
20-25p morning peak
30-35p eveing peak
Same for days0 -
Yep, last week I was under 5p average and this week I'm almost exactly SVR. It's a bit windier and sunnier today which isn't reflected in lower prices but solar is taking up my slack.
