Morning my lovelies xx
Have you forwarded your clocks? Mutter. Mumble. Messing about with my body clock. Humph.
I'm up, made my bed, had two brews and one breakfast, completed some Sudoku, and read a chapter of my book.

Morning all,
Dull, miserable and dull. And someone stole an hour of my life. Why do they never steal Monday mornings or dragged out Friday afternoons?
I hope everyone is toasty warm - looking your direction, Iona x
I have turned out the fridge, wiped bits of it down and tidied it generally. There is a squash and carrot soup now bubbling on the hob to use up bits. Hg squash from last autumn, so it has kept well and still a couple more to go. Wm is loaded, but waiting for my jeans which I am wearing. Am hoping for a short gh session later, so they can go in the wash after that.
Meal plan next..
Have a lovely day all xx5 -
Hello all.
Today I have done dailies and hoovered through and been to the cinema. The film was like the longest party political broadcast I've ever had to sit through.
Everything ready for DGD2 arriving later. Poppet will also be home in a couple of hours.
See you all on the new thread.Spend less now, work less later.6 -

It took me 3 tries to work out how to view a text without losing my place in my gas payment. Only received 1 confirmation email so everything is crossed that I haven't paid thrice 😱
I've just ordered a pizza delivery to confirm that I now know how to switch between pages or toggle or whatever you call it. That's my excuse and I'm sticking to it 🤣
I appreciate the need for security codes but when I'm doing everything on my phone it gets a bit complicated for my old brain. 🤯
Wishing everyone a warm and peaceful Sunday evening

Hi all
Narco I thought you were going to get to the end of that and say that you got so distracted that the jumper never did get mended! So well done, sounds like a productive day.
DH and I had a voucher to use on the local buses so took ourselves off over the moors and did a love 8 mile moors/coast walk. No driving for DH and just £12 spent on a full day out, including a coffee each.
We are now home, fed and collapsed on the sofa. I need to get myself ready for the week ahead and pack my lunch, but dont want to move just yet.

at no point did it occur to me to remind the aged peas (i’m going to write it that way from now on; it was how a parent was described in a tv version of David Copperfield, I think, with Martin Jarvis as Uriah Heap) that the clocks had gone forward…
done some ironing and WUALTD and loaded DW
frog munched - I remembered to ask DS if he could get the oven light cover off, as neither I nor DD could. He did.Don't put it DOWN; put it AWAY"I would like more sisters, that the taking out of one, might not leave such stillness" Emily DickinsonJanice 1964-2016
