Switch is irrelevant, it's the date the account opens which counts (no switch neccessary for this offer). Unwise to apply for a Spend & Save after about the 20th as you may not even get the debit card until it's too late (esp. since it's the date the transaction settles which counts, not the date you actually use the card).

Why did you expect it any sooner? So far as I can tell there's no precedent from TSB for doing these things sooner, leave alone an expectation set by them.

It said by the 21st April so surely you know that you might have to wait until 21st April? There's no grounds to be annoyed that you've not got it before they say you will!?

I think we can take it as read that the payment will be made on the 21st.

I thought the spend and save account rounded any debit card payment up to the next pound and put that sum in your saver?

Did a few albeit only small purchases but this has never happened on mine?
