Welcome to the wonderful muddled world of multiple TSB accounts! My newer card doesn’t appear either, and it seems CS have given up for the time being. I got a “We’re glad we could fix your problem…” letter after they bunged me a small amount of compensation.

In-app CS chat should be able to issue a new card for either account, but only way you will actually see your new card details (and 2nd account inbox too, I imagine) is to use the newer login credentials.

Has anyone been paid £125 yet? Still waiting here. Just wondering if anyone has had a payment yet. Cheers

Has anyone managed to get their Quidco to pay out? My £55 is still at "Tracked" status

I received the card, made the payment then called up. She said she would add me to the exceptions list to ensure I receive the payment.

Does anyone could shed the light how to know when is your TSB £5 for 20 DC spending will end. I know it will be six month start from the opening date. But is there anyway to it out from the online banking ??

Can't you just search your transactions to see how many you've had? I know you can only search a 90 day period but that'll only take two searches to cover 6 months. I don't see any simpler way of doing it.

My understanding is that it is whatever is remaining of the month that you open your account (could be as little as a day to qualify) and 5 whole calendar months after that.

I asked customer services exactly that.. its the first 6 calendar months, including the partial month you switch in. So if opened / switched the account type on say 15th Jan, you have 20 transactions between 15-31Jan, 20 transactions between 1-28Feb and so on until 1-30Jun. The £5 rewards get paid in the 2nd week of the following month, so your last payment would be mid July.

It will show you a payment date when you will receive it.  Mine is 11th May
