Hi does anyone know when the £125 switch bonus will be paid? I can't see anything on the TSB website stating when it will be paid, only when you have to switch by. I phoned TSB customer service and they didn't know the answer.

My switch was complete 7th March I haven’t received a bean.

The fact that their customer service did not not know comes as no surprise as the whole banking industry seems to be very poor.

The fact that their customer service did not not know comes as no surprise as the whole banking industry seems to be very poor.

This question keeps being asked! And the answer is (just a few posts up), "by 21 April 2023".

There's never been any suggestion it will be any earlier.  Just be patient. It's free money.

I spoke with the switching team today, she said 25th April but I think she meant 21st. Sounds like they are doing a bulk payment out to switchers.

So I went to use my debit card today to make the one transaction and could not find the card. Went onto online banking to check the card details and on both accounts the card is showing as my older account. 

I have no idea what to do now but it seems I need to ring them to tell them my new card hasn’t arrived or hasn’t been created (as per online banking)
