Yay to new friends! A chat with a friend is always good medicine I think. Not sure what I would do without my friends they help me to put everything into perspective when I need it and help me through tough patches where I am not smiling very much.
Good luck with your vision board, I always have one on the go as it really helps me to focus my energy. I often have spurts of doing energy work, they don't last long enough for me to make any real career from but I enjoy them nonetheless. I find when I need the energy myself to focus on other projects the energy work i do for others wanes anyway, like a natural ebb and flow I guessMORTGAGE BALANCE when we moved Aug 2024, £120,000. Still not feeling it!
Need to make that vision board!
Have been painting mind, I have 7 paintings on the go at the same time. All have multiple layers and all at different stages.
Very busy day in the clinic today which is good and the bank balance is looking very sad!

What a lovely way to express creativity. I wish I could paint well.
The vision board will happen when it's meant to.... ❤️MORTGAGE BALANCE when we moved Aug 2024, £120,000. January 1st £118,267.06. Embrace the painting and see if local, independent cafés can hang a few, with prices, and come to a fixed or percentage agreement. See what other independent shops are around and ask.
We have pop up markets for local makers / producers/ artists etc, worth a 'net search to see if there's similar by you.
Lastly, when you have physical clients, either at the clinic or home, have a few up with prices.
You've a natural talent with art and can do well from it.
As for being overwhelmed, totally expected with everything that's gone on lately. Look at local beauty colleges and book for model appointments; loads cheaper than regular places. Same if there's any independent training academy; some charge, some are half price and some are free for models.

Thank MF.
So lovely to have support on the forum.
Last week I bought some supplements as I'm well and truly fed up feeling so out of sorts and so so tired. And I think this morning (day 4) my head is clear, definetely felt more awake when I woke up. Still had to be very careful managing my energy and I'm knackered this evening. But actually quite pleased with what I've achieved today, huurah,! I just how it's want a one of and that tomorrow I feel even brighter!
MSE
I managed to list 7 uniform items and 2 are being collected tomorrow morning hopefully, so that is good, 🤞the others sell too.
Pupster fund us now fully funded as the round up money was sent across.
The car fund has been raided for mot at the end of Jun and insurance today, just live having that pot. So not much left in there, i need to keep adding as I have mot in Sept and a service.
Otherwise pots are ok ish. I need a couple of good weeks of work to bolster things up a bit!

About time I addressed the savings, it is aftertall the whole point of this diary.
Friday round up timeEF ~ £2664 of £3000 (second target)Car pot: £212 / £750 ~ this as been used for the tax and insurance. So need to keep putting it back now each week to get it back up for next year.Pension: £0 paid this week (£144 weekly target) tgere is. 50 ready to go across, waiting to get to 100.Pupster excess pot ~ £200.00 /£200 some yey! This pot is fully funded!£1 a day ~ £105 / £366 - this got raided but I'm trying to build it back up1p 365 challenge (XMAS savings) ~ £571, this is on target woohoo!52 week envelope stuffing challenge ~ £nothing added this week yet! And I'm at least 2 weeks behind on this challengeMOPs - there should be £20 from the school jumpers and the miner from an ebay sale, but it's not been added to the account yet.
OK so it's not too bad. But there is still a bit on the cc and the tax pot isn't as high as it needs to be as I have ds1 £500 for a course, going it would help him with a career. But it looks like he's got to module 3 of 12 and given up!🙄🙄🙄 I despair, no idea of a career and no job at all and fat chance of me getting my money back! 😭♥️ ♥️ ♥️🌸🌸🌸🌸🌸🌸🌸🌸Decluttering 2025 So far 403 / 2025

It's been jolly hot here in the south. Lovely, but hard to do anything!
I tackled a hugely overgrown part of the garden this morning for 2 hours. It's round be the side gate, so sort of hidden (and forgotten about) until it's bin time or we get the bikes out! The nettles were 5ft plus! And angry stingers went throb the gloves!
Regardless of all the stings I am glad to have cleared that patch of garden, now I can plan a couple of plants to go the gap. It's quite shady, but gets some sun in the afternoon 🤔 will have a think what would work there. Otherwise the ivy and nettles and bindweed will take over again!
Also grateful for this lovely weather and for dinner wonderful olypmic action on the tele!!♥️ ♥️ ♥️🌸🌸🌸🌸🌸🌸🌸🌸Decluttering 2025 So far 403 / 2025

Great when you can cross a job of the list, you can now enjoy finding the plants to fill the space.
You money pots are looking healthy.
