Took the DLA form to the post office this afternoon, very pleased I managed to get this big toad of a job doneWork was down 2 clients today. Frustrating, yesterday was up 1 but down 2 today!!hoo hum ~ went to TKmaxx this afternoon and bought DS2 a couple of t shirts and a shirt for holiday, he rarely comes out with me and rarely gets new things. Also had a dental checkup for me and DS2, as hes 18 it was £25 for each of us. And I still have tooth ache, but nothing to be done apparently! thankfully it has eased off a littleSo now I need to work out my accounts.
I have a pot for my health needs (teeth and eyes) But its not reached its target yet and also I wasnt thinking about having to pay for DS 1 or 2. SO I need to consider upping this. Especially as we both need a hygene app
Grateful today for DS2 making foccaccia bread for lunch ~ he can actullay be quite useful at times :Dand it was really tasty♥️ ♥️ ♥️🌸🌸🌸🌸🌸🌸🌸🌸Decluttering 2025 So far 403 / 2025

Perhaps rubbing, and leaving, sensitive paste on the problem area and see if that makes a difference.
What other bits have you got in the freezer and cupboards to make meals from? Veg and lentil curry or soup, lentil spag bol, bean and lentil chilli?
Could DS2 make rolls as he's good with bread products.Mortgage started 2020, aiming to clear 31/12/2029.0 -

Have you any cloves at home and stick the paste on for a layer, it will soak in. May be worth adding it to the neighbours either side in case it's one of them misbehaving.
Are you building up a pot and paying it off at a certain point? Paying as you go saves interest; why do I have a feeling you've explained before, sorry!Mortgage started 2020, aiming to clear 31/12/2029.0 -

I have clove essentail oil but when I previously had toothache, a couple of years ago I used it and ended up with a massive ulcer where it burned the gum, didnt hurt though the toothache was so bad i didnbt realise it had happened till the dentist pointed it out and I said I wouldnt use it again!! lol Hadnt though babout using actual cloves, that would be less intense! thank youAs for the pot, i assume you mean the mortage one, my intention is to pay it off when I get to £60/ once a month. But this is the first month, so well see need to speak with DH to see if there is a best time to pay it.♥️ ♥️ ♥️🌸🌸🌸🌸🌸🌸🌸🌸Decluttering 2025 So far 403 / 2025

Ouch, no surprise that put you off!
You could always pay the money each time a bit is received, rather than building a monthly pot. Sooner it's paid, quicker it saves daily interest.
If you can, all these financial things hubby knows but you don't, learn or write the key info down.
Hope you're having a restful, but fun, weekend.Mortgage started 2020, aiming to clear 31/12/2029.1 -
Sorry I have been awol for so long but apart from the toothache I’m glad to see things are going so well.
Getting shot of the mortgage has made such a difference to us. For me it was a millstone around my neck and I would never have one again. We could pay any OP on ours of any amount without an issue (as long as it wasn’t over 10% a year) so if I found 50p I would transfer 50p, our mortgage statement was huge. Every saving was paid straight away and it felt good and motivated me, but we are all different.
I use PA for pension OPs and it makes a difference having a reason to do them as some are so dull and repetitive. I hope you enjoy your holiday, are you going away?Debt Free - done
Mortgage Free - done

Interest is daily and payments can be made whenever so that is good. Tooth has been more settled today, but dont dare eat on that side!!
