Thanks SQS 😊
Flowers I just chop up butternut squash into cubes and chuck it in the slow cooker with mince beef, onions, red peppers & tin toms with some chilli powder & garlic powder. About an hour before the end I put in chopped courgettes, kidney beans half tin baked beans & a splodge of sweet chilli sauce. Add more chilli powder if needed. If it’s a bit watery I add a bit of tomato purée.Weather has been awful for most of the day but thankfully no snow. Niece dropped off her dog & he has been ok but bless him he keeps looking at the door. Has been fed & walked so hopefully will settle down for the night. He’s a rescue dog from abroad and she has had him for years. She is back tomorrow.I should be able to walk on the kitchen floor in the morning. I have had no access to the sink, dishwasher or bin 😬 I’ve put rubbish in a bag on the worktop where the dog can’t get at it. Washing up is piled up & I will be glad to tidy up in the morning & put dishwasher on!0% credit card £1360 & 0% Car Loan £7500 ~ paid in full JAN 2020 = NOW DEBT FREE 🤗

Niece’s big fluffy bear went home around 5pm. 🥰 So much hair! Enjoyed him staying but I definitely do not want another dog full time.3 loads done in mini dishwasher. Tidied the kitchen/diner and emptied the bin now I can walk on the kitchen floor again. Swept the floors and speed mopped once the dog had gone home.Decided to treat myself to a kebab for dinner. Chicken breast and salad 😋 Was also naughty with a slice of choc fudge cake, warmed up with a bit of cream 🤦♀️ Total £15.50 delivered, paid from this months entertainment fund. Will just do some more housework today. Dust downstairs. Bathroom needs cleaning & hoover upstairs carpets and dining area rug. Will make a chilli in the slow cooker.0% credit card £1360 & 0% Car Loan £7500 ~ paid in full JAN 2020 = NOW DEBT FREE 🤗

Nice to have a treat once in a while.

Puppy Bear sounds cuddly 🥰
Bills and meals are great. You've totally got budgeting organised while having a lot of fun too.
Any big plans this month, aside from finding the right lino, and do you think DF will invite you to his 2nd home when the weather improves further?Mortgage started 2020, aiming to clear 31/12/2029.1 -
Thanks Doris & MF
Feeling a bit down today. Have been let down by my friend but will not fall out with her over it. Will just be a bit wary in future which is a shame 😔
Anyway, will try not to dwell on it. Aquafit this morning. Off to look at more lino with DF this afternoon.I have paid my credit card in full. Savings pots are still looking ok
Diy interest pot £641Holiday pot £300
Gas & Elec £305
Annual bills £200. (100 pm)
Car fund £600. (50pm)
Xmas/bday £100. (50pm)
Hopefully the gas heating will be off by the end of March and the monthly gas & electric bill will drop below £100 again. I will then put the amount left from £100 a month to top up the gas & electric pot for next winter. Mse are predicting deals once prices go down in April so hopefully I will save some money & go onto direct debit.
No big plans this month. Had to think about the second home MF 😆 He’s had his allotment for years, since I was young & have been there multiple times. Not expecting an invite but looking forward to any surplus produce he may have ☺️
