I'm almost beyond words at this stage.
I'm so enraged on your behalf and what really riles me is this isn't just any old admin; this is an extremely difficult situation to be in for people and to have to keep on asking incompetents to do their job properly compounds the pain.
Sending fortitude

You couldn't make it up! I hope they finally get it sorted."Good financial planning is about not spending money on things that add no value to your life in order to have more money for the things that do". Eoin McGee1

Car insurance sorted this morning £224.63. Renewal quote was £261.16 so I am happy with that. A lot of insurance is now online only and when you chat online they are not interested in reducing the price quoted. Paid on my credit card and will transfer money from annual bills pot when statement is received beginning of Jan. Still can’t believe it’s DecemberI have ordered some Xmas gifts from big river & have free trial 30 days of free delivery. Have also hoovered upstairs & cleaned the bathroom. Small amount of washing done & placed on airer in front of dehumidifier. Although it’s blue sky outside there is not enough wind to dry it and we are having multiple sharp downpours☔️Off to my friends for a cuppa this afternoon. Then I am going to start writing my Christmas cards.0% credit card £1360 & 0% Car Loan £7500 ~ paid in full JAN 2020 = NOW DEBT FREE 🤗

Well done on getting the insurance price down SYA -
i will be interested to see what you make of your Pr!me trial - do you get the tele package as well with that? Are you going to cancel before end of trial or are you thinking of keeping it going? My mom and dad have it and see to be happy with it but I’ve always run scared for some reason. I had a worry about forgetting to cancel it etc.
Ive beat you on the Christmas cards this year as I was so late last year some got them after the event! 🤣
have a lovely visit with friend 🥰Lancashire

Thanks Suze ☺️
Had a lovely cuppa and chat at friends but felt so tired I came home and snoozed. Have also felt tired today and have just been motivated to have a quick shower and get dressed as the amaxon delivery was at the end of the village. That has now arrived so 6 more presents crossed off my list with free delivery.I often use the free trial Suze but usually just for purchases. I did have a look at tele package yesterday but couldn’t find anything I really wanted to watch on my phone. I will probably just cancel it after Christmas.Have hoovered downstairs rugs & laminate as my 🦈 has a setting for both. Just having a minute then will dust & put up little Christmas tree, lights & Christmas garlands on both downstairs fireplaces. Then I must write my cards as I am going to post them 2nd class tomorrow.I feel like I am forgetting something 🤔
I’ve paid all upcoming annual bills this side of Christmas. Have bought a wreath for mum & dad for the garden of remembrance & arranged to take it with my niece & little lad on Tuesday. Then we are going for lunch and I will take all presents and cards with me to give to her. We are due to get together again when DS & gf arrive but I don’t want to risk it incase plans change or little lad is poorly.Annual billsMOT & Service - paid Nov 2025. Next Due Nov 2026 Total £190
