  • Thanks MF 😊

Condensation not as much a problem since new radiator installed it’s much warmer and the dehumidifier works in warmer temperature.

I have done own research and 2 houses on the other side of the road sold last week. They were smaller 2 bed but newer, on market for £200k & £170k. No IHT. Legal side probably have to declare as one of the other neighbours has approached and told us about the problem. 3 executors, one renounced the other is not power reserved. It’s not so much the support rather not get the blame for making any decisions on my own.

Hi SYA - so sorry I’ve clearly missed something - what is the issue the neighbour has told you about?  Apologies if I’ve missed it I’ve misplaced My reading glasses 🧐

  • Suze don’t worry about it. It’s nothing new and you have commented on it before but I don’t want to keep putting all details up again. Don’t think there will be any interest in dads house this year.

Have been to my friends for a cuppa, put bins out & fetched washing in. Booked aquafit for the morning. Invited to friends for dinner on Saturday so that will be nice and break up the weekend.

Do any of your local tips have reuse shops?  That might be an option for the chairs.

  • Get well soon sya, is the time of year for lurgies, unfortunately
  • Sending you some healing.

Please rest while you're feeling poorly - trying to do too much will only prolong the lurgy
