    Good morning SYA,

you've worked so hard and although I guess it brings sale of house a lot quicker, which won't be easy,  I'm pleased to hear that you've had probate granted and don't have to wait for ages.

Well done on  choosing Aquafit - that sounds to be quite a bracing experience!

Sya, i know exactly what you mean about mixed feelings about selling the house.  For me anyway, every time i drive past their old house, I still very unreasonably  and wholly uncharitably mutter to myself about squatters, even though the very nice people paid a very fair price for my mum and dad's house in 2020 🫣

Sometimes you just need downtime, so I’m glad you got it have it yesterday.

I’m starting to see why they are estranged family if they expect you to pay for everything! Why were they ringing you at all hours?

Hope you enjoy this afternoon 😊
