Thanks Chrystal, ❤️ am trying to be positive 🤞

Hey Tresinia thanks for the tip about looking back at pages on my other post. It’s great to look back at last year without having to click back 100 pages 😂

Have been resting and reading a book and snoozing. Didn’t sleep well last night due to the heat. Am just going for a walk down the village to my friends house. Then I will call in on DF on the way back and see if he wants any pork & butternut squash casserole.

Has FD tried to break the meds and just take a bit to reduce effects.

There are some trades people who don't cost a fortune and keep things affordable for people.

You have to reduce the mental load at times and can pick up aquafit when life is calmer.
Mortgage started 2020, aiming to clear 31/12/2029.

That it isn't always enough, to be forgiven by others.
Sometimes, you have to learn to forgive yourself.

Today is a gift. That's why it is called the present.

happiness isn't achieved by getting extra things,
but by getting rid of the things that make you unhappy

Just popping in to thank you wonderful people for your company and support. Dad has been admitted to hospital with inoperable cancer and the way forward will be to make him comfortable and get him home. I am truly devastated. He told me that he has had a good life and I think that is the best any of us could wish for. 💔

Sya, this is such sad news to hear.  Your DF has been such a huge part of your journey in recent years.  Time to spend with him now is precious and I know you will appreciate every moment with him.  Prayers for your whole family xx
