Hi everyone, 
Today I have received the Notice of Transfer of Proceedings which i have attached and hide the info of case as previously advised. 

As I understand I will have to attend the court whenever the date they decide and submit the Witness Statement ( online I believe ) before that date. I hope that I am not missing anything here?

Wait patiently for your Notice of Allocation which will give you the date of your hearing and the deadline for filing your Witness Statement and evidence.

Hi everyone, I have received the letter of hearing  taking place on 8th September. My understanding is that I will have to make a witness statement and send a copy to both court and car parking firm? Just want to ask :
do i have to pay any fees before hearing? however nothing is on the letter, just want to make sure I do not miss anything. Thanks everyone .

@baz417 - did you did spot the deadline for the submission of your WS and evidence bundle in the Order?  Just checking, as many people miss it and only realise when it's too late.

As per the letter its says that no later than 14 days before hearing which I believe is before 25th of August. Thanks very much for pointing out that as its easy to miss .
