ccbc@justice.gov.ukPlease note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .
I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

I have just contacted the CCBC customer service they have given me this email : CCBCAQ@justice.gov.uk to send the filled DQ form.
the lady over the phone said once they receive the email they will themselves send the copy of DQ to the Claimant.
I am trying to fill form online, convert to pdf form and then send it to the above email address
Also thinking of sending the copy to the Claimant email which I tried find online and can only see this email enquiries@gladstonessolicitors.co.uk, not sure if this is the ideal email address for sending the copy of DQ?
.
Hope I am doing in a right manner.

Could somebody confirm this ( dealing with Gladstones ) this is what I suppose to put in D1 question as per the guidance
Note: Gladstones are currently including a 'request for special directions' asking the Court to hear the case on the papers only, without an oral hearing. You should oppose this, and include the following text in D1: “The Defendant opposes the Claimant’s request for special directions, and requests that the case be listed for an oral hearing at the defendant’s home court, pursuant to
CPR 26.2A(3)”.
OR this below found on the thread
Thanks in advance.0 -
