I have sent them both the local court and other looting party Gladstones a copy of WS.

I have received  the email form Gladstones solicitors with Claimant's Notice of Discontinuance.  I would like to thank each and every member for helping me in this whole process especially @Coupon-mad who have helped me each and every step  in this process , all credit goes to wonderful people on this forum.

Kindly guide me what do suppose to do now in terms of this claim ? Please see the content of the email message ;

Dear Sirs,

 

We act for the Claimant.  

 

Please find attached the Claimant's Notice of Discontinuance.

 

We thank the Court in advance for its assistance in this matter and we confirm the Defendant is copied into this correspondence in order to effect service.

 

This matter is now concluded.

To be clear, we are nearly there; it's not a petition or some weak campaign, it's a final push on a law already passed, to cap the £PCN levels and ban the fake DRA fees.

The Government has a Call for Evidence open right now.

We are also wanting photos of unmanaged car parks, Hospitals near you with only £50 or £60 deterrent and Tesco/Sainsburys £70 signs please.

With regards to the consultation I have submitted 2 seprate locations with pictures and will be adding more. I hope government puts and end to this rouge companies.
