i have received the their witness statement today, the reason for PCN issue is No Ticket which is incorrect.
 i have tried myself editing the draft as per their WS but do need help to defend properly . i also noticed that the ticket machines picz they have added in exhibits  are taken in 2020 not sure it has any relevance to the case. please add or remove in the draft defend their  fake claim in their WS as my WS darft seems not as professional as theirs

I have no idea, send them ticket receipt but got no reply, it's my first time facing court scenario so don't have much clue about it .

According to Companies House, GS Developments Limited was dissolved on 22nd March 2022; however, they could have meant to write GS Developments (Leicester) Limited which is still trading.

A heads-up  -  make sure the claimant's name is spelt correctly.

Also  -  suggest you use the latest WS by @Coupon-mad which includes IA calculations
