Remove all the stuff under and including removing the heading 'Abuse of process' (i.e. remove the entire second half) and replace it with a suitably adapted second half that uses the far more up to date DLUHC info that I posted as a reply the other day in the Template Defence Thread.

it's a latest example WS this week.

Change your paragraph 3# to read
    3.  I have purchased ............
When you use a bracket or double apostrophes, you don't put a space after it/them
When you have used the full name for something with the abbreviation after it, you do not need the single apostrophe; NOT ('POC') just (POC) and then subsequently you just use POC
    Then follow @Coupon-mad's instructions.

Do check it for repetition because your first half might already say things in the second half (I didn't apply that level of scrutiny).

There is a point where you say (from my template) that 'DJ Grand & DJ Taylor were right all along' but you haven't mentioned that case earlier so it has no context, so remove that phrase and just say HHJ Jackson was right all along.

In your exhibits don't call your machine receipt a 'parking ticket'.  That's the PCN and not what you mean.

    Finally, two things you've missed:

    - there's nothing in your WS that even touches on why the PCN was issued. You need to address that, assuming you know what the other side are saying you did wrong (took too long to pay?  fluttering ticket fell off the dash?  VRM keying error?).

    - in my example WS you will see I encourage people to use the definitions, clauses and Annexes in the DLUHC Code (none of which are being changed or challenged except the money) to quote some stuff that supports your case.

It does mean reading that Code but it is a resource full of silver bullets about whatever the allegation is. And you do need to lead your Judge to the right and fair outcome.  So use and quote the DLUHC Code.

I will rectify the mistakes you have mentioned. However I am struggling as to what should I put regarding why the pcn was issued?  as i yet to find out the reason for which I am waiting for their WS to come through and add it accordingly.

With regards to ' parking ticket'  i will change to pay and Display ticket? As its written on the physical ticket I have.

I will surely read through DLUHC Code and try adding them to support my case.

Thanks very much for your all input and guidance .  I truly appreciate it.

    You've never seen the PCN?

Hopefully their WS will arrive just before the deadline.

If not, you obviously just add near the start

I am struggling as to how I am expected to meaningfully respond regarding why the 'PCN' was issued.  I am yet to find out the reason because the POC fail to state any allegation for me to respond to.  I don't know what I am supposed to have done wrong and feel ambushed, if the specified allegation only comes to light at (or just before) the hearing after not being pleaded by the Claimant.

I don't know if its OK to add in WS that I have sent an email in February showing my proof of purchase ( Pay and Display ticket)  however got no reply. Not sure it has any relevance to WS.
