You do not appear to have amended as per post by @Coupon-mad

    "Exaggerated claim
    9. The alleged 'core debt' from any parking charge cannot have exceeded £100 (the industry cap set out in the applicable Code of Practice at the time). I have seen no evidence that the added damages/fees are genuine."

    "please change the subheading

    'Exaggerated Claim'

    to

Exaggerated Claim and 'market failure' currently being addressed by the Government"

    Thankyou!

Is that the only one newbies will now find?

And yes everything you asked is acceptable but you obviously don't send anything to the parking firm themselves!  They are using a solicitor for a reason.
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Yes, they will only find the latest uploaded WS draft as there is only this file ( Dropbox) Thanks for your help and guidance for bringing it this far and showing patience with so many of my queries.

So as I understand I should send a copy to the court and their Solicitor,
Can I send the copy to the same email I received their WS from?  just don't want to screw anything now.

    Hope that all for the WS process ;

Send a copy of WS to ccbc@justice.gov.uk
Send a copy of WS to  Scammer Gladstone Solicitors.
Many Thanks to all members for helping out .

Without having to trawl back through the whole thread, has your case been transferred to your local court? If so, nothing goes to the CCBC.

Your WS goes to the court where your hearing has been allocated. The email address can be found here:

    Find a court or tribunalGOV.UKhttps://www.gov.uk › find-court-tribunal

You send it to the relevant email address. You CC in the claimant or their solicitor and you also BCC in yourself.

But obviously  not to the CCBC in Northampton!  Eek - they aren't involved at this stage!

Please delete that email from your reply above in case newbies ruin everything by copying it when reading your thread!

    A favour please:

Don't suppose you can get any good car park photos from your area, I'm building up quite a collection but need more towns & cities covered:
    https://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/discussion/6463361/dluhc-private-parking-code-government-launches-call-for-evidence-discussion-thread/p19

    Photos please!
    From friends & family too!

... we sincerely hope that you are au fait with the need to respond to the private parking draft Impact Assessment by mid-September?

Did you see that they did announce something 2 weeks ago and we are wanting to respond?

Let me do a single submission containing YOUR photo evidence please...  You want to help us change the law?

It's a final push on a law already passed, to cap the £PCN levels and ban the fake DRA fees.  The Government has a Call for Evidence open right now.

We are wanting photos of unmanaged car parks, Hospital car park signs near you that show £50 or £60 as the deterrent, and Aldi, Asda, Tesco or Sainsburys £70 signs please.

    All discussed here:
    https://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/discussion/6463361/dluhc-private-parking-code-government-launches-call-for-evidence-discussion-thread/p6

We need photo evidence of low or no deterrent car parks near you, please!

Think of this when out for a walk or driving to any business, retail (or even an area of 'no parking' spaces) that is 'unmanaged' or has PCN signs of £70 or lower.

NOT £100, NOT £90 or £80.  Just signs that are less - or places with no PPC.  You will see examples of what to post, in the latest pages of that thread.

    Thankyou!
