A heads-up  -  you will see that in the above mentioned WS examples they refer to the BPA CoP because they are BPA AoS members  -  your claimant is an IPC AoS member so you should be using/quoting the relevant version of the IPC CoP.

Hi everyone,
I have already sent DQ to CCBC and parking company ( solicitors)  via email ( 21st April) and received automated reply from them . However I have just checked moneyclaim.gov.uk but cannot see mentioned of DQ submitted by me. Should I be worried? As today is the last day to submit it .

It is taking longer and longer for CCBC to update MCOL status page. If you have received auto acknowledgment you should be fine.

Thanks very much . It's a reassurance , yes I have received auto acknowledgement from them , it's just that its the last date in case it needs sending again then I could do it that's why I asked.

Even if the CCBC fail to record your completed DQ, this is one area where you'll get a second chance.

They'll send you a letter giving you another seven days to re-send a completed DQ.
