Do I have to type the defence draft on separate piece of paper, scan it , save it as pdf and send it via email to the court and solicitors ?
    Am I understanding it correctly?
No, you are not understanding it properly. You told us that you had already sent your defence. Now you keep asking if you can submit a different defence. You have been told multiple times that; no you can't. You keep asking the same question expecting a different reply.

Have you actually read, re-read and read again the Newbies thread? If you don't read it properly, just skim-read it, then you won't be able to help yourself or for anyone here to help you. Yes, it can be overwhelming and it is not something that can just be dealt with by simply someone doing all the work for you.

This is an educational experience for you, just as it is for the majority of victims who eventually discover this forum. You have to go back to the Newbies thread again and do your research. After a while, it will become more apparent what the process you are now involved in is and what you must do to resolve it.

How did you send the defence?  Check your status on the MCOL status page and see if your defence has been accepted.  If not, you can submit a proper one but, if it ha been accepted, as has been said several times, it is too late and you must rescue this at witness statement stage.

    Hi all,
I have received the notice of proposed allocation to the small claims  track which has to be returned by 2nd May.

The first page of the document is my name and address and on right and side is the claim number ,Claimant, Defendant and date. THE 2And page its EX730 explaining  mediation process etc.

Is this for Me to keep  or send with the DQ FORM?

I have followed the guideline to fill Directions Questionnaire however cannot find what to say in question below
    D. Suitability for determination without a hearing
D1 do you consider that this claim is suitable for determination without a hearing ....  ? Yes.. No

I suppose to tick No to this question..

If someone may help me here  as I  still do not know on what basis they are taking me  to the court. I know its car parking related but what's is their main cause to take me to the court . I have not received any specific reason eg. Not buying ticket, staying over, etc.

As far as I know I have paid for the 3 hours ticket and left within an hour. I still have the original ticket with me as an evidence.

Can someone guide me please as i am very confused and stressed, don't know what  defence I will be preparing as I do not know what is their reason to send me the claim. If I Don't know the exact reason then how am I suppose to make a defence?

    Also at the end of the page it writes;

Once you have completed this form please return it to the court at the address shown on the form N149A allocation to the small claims track
You must also send a copy of this form ( N180 Directions Questionnaire) to each of the other parties in this case.

How do I send a copy to other party ( Parallel Parking Ltd) ? Alongside with county court
Do I have to scan this filled form , print out and send it to their address
    Or
Can I send them via online eg. Email etc ..

    Many thanks

This thread - New Questions on the N180 Form - should help.

The EX730 is just information for you.

What do you mean 'you don't know what defence you will be preparing'?
You have already prepared and filed a Defence.

I know you didn't use it earlier, but the rest of your questions are answered in the checklist in the opening post of the template Defence thread.

Thanks very much for your reply. I am able to fill the form now but still unsure of sending the form ( to court and car parking company )

As I understand I fill this form by hand  and photocopy of illed that form then send them via post or  have I misunderstood it . My apologies..

Also in previous question you are right in saying that I have sent them my defence , what I meant to understand that main reason for dragging me to the court as in their cover first letter  they mentioned park in breach of the terms of parking stipulated on the signage ( the contract) which means what  particularly I am breached of ? As I have paid for the ticket , left the car park before expiry time ....please see below :

I am really stressed out, thinking if it is sensible to choose mediation process as I am not very good with court dealing process.

    Thanks

That checklist I pointed you towards includes this...

Of course you shouldn't send it 'in the same way you sent your Defence', instead read items 1 to 6 on that checklist for how you should've sent your Defence and how you will now send your Directions Questionnaire.

Thanks very much . As mentioned in 9. The DQ should be sent by email to CCBC but I don't have their email address as I have sent the Defence via logging at moneyclaim.gov.uk and details provided by them , I have logged back to  site now  but cannot find any information  to send the form in any manner.

    Also at the end of the page it says;
Once you completed the form please return it to the address shown on the form N149A - Notice of proposed allocation to the small claims.  It does not mention any email address.

Thank you.  I have gone through the link you sent also read Newbie but could not see the actual checklist you mentioned ( even after going throght numerous pages) however found beolw which is really helpful however not sure how do I send them the form because the screenshot point 9 says that DQ should be sent by email but I cannot find any email mentioned on the letter received from Country Court business centre. So please help me with this as I am overwhelmed with all this .

Do I have to send the paperwork by post only ? Or it can be sent by other methods eg. Email
Can you please point me where could I read 'What happenes When post' as I am struggling to find it since yesterday.

    Thansk very much again .
