For pretty much all defences involving UKPC / DCBLegal, defendants can adapt the one by @Johny86 which is worth pointing the never-ending queue of UKPC/DCBLegal defendants to, saving us a lot of typing!

His username @Johnny86 is the clickable link to his profile page. Then, click on 'Discussions' and scroll down to find the relevant thread. Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .
I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

Hello All, I have filed my defence today and received the below acknowledgement straight away. I read on the newbies thread that the next step will be a Quesstiinnaire is that issued by the County Court, would this be emailed to me or do I need to visit the Money Claim Website?

You will receive it in the post, but will be in about 6 weeks. Keep checking MCOL for updates.2

I've received the acknowledgement letter from the court. So, if the claimant or their solicitor doesn't respond to the claim within 28 days then it gets stayed, but how.lkng do they have to apply to a judge for the order lifting the stay?

Won't happen.Forget about that but the answer is a stay can be lifted at any time. We saw some parking cases in lockdown with two-year-old stays lifted.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
