Respond whenever suits you but what do you mean 'Financial input'?
See para 4.2 of the Pre-action protocol for debt claims:

Yes I think so. I have a screen shot of the 9 steps you have to complete (step 1 being your response within the 30 days ) the rest are linked to your financials. You can’t submit your reply without completing the 9 steps.0

That is quite shocking. They are only entitled to the financial info if the person is admitting liability AFAIK, not for disputed cases.
I detest the fact that parking cases are wrongly included in the PAP for 'debt claims' and I detest the conduct of DCB Group even more.
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

@Fig12 just do as @KeithP has pointed out.You are not obliged to provide them with ANY financial information. If you have read, re-read, digested and understood the Newbies thread, you would have read this post by @Coupon-mad which specifically explains what we are trying to get you to understand here:
https://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/discussion/comment/64350585/#Comment_64350585
Specifically where it states: "DO NOT use the 'reply forms'. You do not have to declare your finances!".
You really must do some homework and study what you are advised to do in the Newbies thread if you want to be one of the 99% who win these cases.1 -
Could someone explain how I view the newbies thread please. I have tried to view it and I can’t see it 🙈0

@Fig12 I provided a link to the actual post you need to be reading here: https://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/discussion/comment/64350585/#Comment_64350585
This is the forum home page: https://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/categories/parking-tickets-fines-parking where ALL the threads (topics) are listed. At the top of the page there are several "sticky" threads that never move down the page and they are all have a red label saying "Announcement". I think it's the 5th one down.
It is titled: **NEWBIES!! PRIVATE PARKING TICKET? OLD OR NEW? **READ THESE FAQS FIRST!** Thankyou!
I don't think anyone can make it any clearer.2 -
Hi This is for @Coupon-mad please . The updated position is;
I got the SAR info back from the PPC and it’s just the photos they initially sent and copies of the emails I already have. They did not include any data from the machine input , which I requested or any photos of me at the machine purchasing the ticket.I got a response from the Solicitors acknowledging my SAR request and they confirmed I had a further 30 days to pay or show proof of payment. This is up on Wednesday this week.My questions are ;
Do I go back to the PPC and insist they forward me the missing requested data ?Do I have to go back to the solicitors , or wait for them to chase me further ? Or is now the time to send a copy of the parking ticket I paid for but which had no Reg on it to the solicitors and also refer them to the previous court case you kindly linked me to.What’s my stance if I do this , do I state ‘ I trust this stops any further threats of legal action ‘.I hope this makes sense.0
