Thanks very much for this advice will do this todayCoupon-mad said:I think there is an option.
Email DCBLegal quoting the PAP section 5 and setting out what you want to see (the machine logs, where their client may redact partial VRMs that match other vehicles but must leave visible all payments made with keying errors or system failures such as error codes instead of VRMs).
And attach your ticket and ALSO say this:Or do I go back to DCB legal and send them a copy of my ticket ( only previously sent to the PPC) and quote the case @Coupon-mad posted for me previously ( which has a similar scenario to mine apart from the ticket said qq and mine says 0)
Stop emailing the PPC. Everything I'm saying was meant to go to DCB Legal.1 -
Hi @Coupon-mad this link doesn’t seem to be working. Could you direct me again to this case please.Coupon-mad said:DCBLegal - great! Send them a robust response attaching your ticket you paid for and showing them this case:

Let it go to a court claim and 'play the game' with our help. They will discontinue with no hearing. Many thanks0 -

Not for me.Le_Kirk said:Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .
I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

Parking Prankster has kindly published the last bit anyway, which is most relevant:I am satisfied that the ticket then produced is the ticket that she has produced to the court. It was through no fault of hers that this ticket displayed the letters “QQ” instead of her registration number. She obtained a ticket. She made the payment to obtain that. She displayed that ticket. It shows the relevant time of entry. It shows the amount that she has paid and it shows the registration number that the ticket machine produced. It would have been unreasonable to expect the defendant to do anything further beyond that as far as I am concerned.
The registration number is not accurately reflected but that is through no fault on the part of the defendant and I find on the balance of probabilities that the defendant had inputted the correct registration number and she had then displayed the ticket that was issued and so to all intents and purposes had fully complied with the terms and conditions applicable to this car park. Accordingly, I am going to dismiss the claim2 -
Tried with Safari, Firefox and Opera and they all returned the same error, even after deleting any cookies associated with the website. I can only presume that those that can access it, are maybe using a PC rather than a Mac?1
