I had already gone back to the PPC and requested the missing info from my SAR request , this is the response I got . ( I have also sent the request for the PDT info to DCB legal quoting PAP Section 5 since posting on here and advice from @Coupon-mad)

Just got this from DCB Legal, they are not perusing the ticket . Thank you to you all for your time and advice on here. I am so relieved 👏👏👏. They should not be allowed to pursue people like this it .
