or any photos of me at the machine purchasing the ticket. They won't have those, and in any case, even if they had photos of everyone purchasing their ticket, how would they know what you looked like in order to send you the correct one? Think about it!or wait for them to chase me further ?Wait.do I state ‘ I trust this stops any further threats of legal action ‘.You can state what you want, but it's not going to stop them at this stage. Stick with the process, there are no shortcuts.
Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

Thanks . What about the machine transaction as I read that this is something they should provide when requested.Umkomaas said:or any photos of me at the machine purchasing the ticket. They won't have those, and in any case, even if they had photos of everyone purchasing their ticket, how would they know what you looked like in order to send you the correct one? Your SAR only obliges them to send you copies of any information about YOU that they hold. PDT machine transaction logs are NOT about YOU and so they will not send them.Fig12 said:

You are confusing PAP and PD with SAR.1 -
Ah right . I thought I had read it that your car Reg /car was deemed to be you if you were the sole driver , which I am.B789 said:

A car reg is the registered keeper's personal data (don't talk about being the driver). If there is an entry where the correct car reg was input, without error, then you can ask for that as part of a SAR.
But easier to use the PAP section 5 (read it) and demand the machine logs under your right to see documents.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Thank you @c@Coupon-mad . Would you be able to advise me on my other recent comments pleaseCoupon-mad said:A car reg is the registered keeper's personal data (don't talk about being the driver). So I have emailed NWPM Ltd tonight to say I have not received the PDT information as requested or an explanation to why not received as per PAP section 5.My previous deadline extension with their solicitors DCB legal of 30 days , expires 21/3 ( tomorrow).Do I go back to DCB now and state I still await the SAR from NWPM. So request further extension.Or do I wait for DCB to contact me ( their email said this ‘To clarify, your file will be placed on hold for 30 days from the date of this email as you state you wish to seek debt advice. We ask that you provide sufficient evidence or make the payment within the previously stipulated time frame, failure to do so may result in a claim being issued against you without further notice).
Or do I go back to DCB legal and send them a copy of my ticket ( only previously sent to the PPC) and quote the case @Coupon-mad posted for me previously ( which has a similar scenario to mine apart from the ticket said qq and mine says 0). Your advice is much appreciated in view of the timing .Thanks0 -
Keep chasing the SAR, of course.Fig12 said:

DCB Legal will do what they want after the current thirty day hold expires and you can do nothing about that. No option there to delay matters. Anyway, the response to a SAR will be far more useful at Witness Statement time which is some months away.1 -
I think there is an option.
Email DCBLegal quoting the PAP section 5 and setting out what you want to see (the machine logs, where their client may redact partial VRMs that match other vehicles but must leave visible all payments made with keying errors or system failures such as error codes instead of VRMs).
And attach your ticket and ALSO say this:Or do I go back to DCB legal and send them a copy of my ticket ( only previously sent to the PPC) and quote the case @Coupon-mad posted for me previously ( which has a similar scenario to mine apart from the ticket said qq and mine says 0)
Stop emailing the PPC. Everything I'm saying was meant to go to DCB Legal.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
