Pictures of the evidence they've provided:

This is the car park in question. I've made these images smaller but they're still larger than I was hoping.

The second piece of evidence is longer, annoyingly it includes the evidence I requested in my first appeal.

So are they saying that your car arrived at 15:41 and 4 minutes later a partial reg plate was entered but the first two letters were incorrectly typed? ( you can still sort of see your reg on the photo's of the car ).

Yes - that seems to be what happened. I somehow transferred two wrong letters when I entered the information on the tablet.

The first appeal is requesting a response to this evidence. I feel thoroughly doomed.
The second appeal came in at 3.30pm (similar timing as yesterday) with exactly the same response.

Is all the above over a minor keying error of "PF" instead of "KH"? Why on earth are you redacting the name of the car park? Is it a state secret or something?

You're not denying having parked there unless it is a non-PoFA PCN and you haven't admitted to being the driver are you? That "Confirmation of Authority" page is a joke. What is that supposed to prove? That anyone with a pen and a printer can knock something up and pretend it is in some way a landowner authorisation?

It doesn't even mention on their pathetic sign that reg details have to be entered, correctly or otherwise.

They claimed it was a major keying error - they offered the reduced fine but they didn't provide the evidence (until the popla appeal).

Qwerty keyboard on the tablet. My absolute nightmare - I have dyslexia and (suspected) dyspraxia. Ironically the reason which brought us to this centre as he too has been diagnosed with this awful problem and swimming was a huge help to me in the past + he enjoys it.

You are too accepting that it was your fault; are you sure it wasn't a failure of the PPC's equipment?

I am assuming it is my fault because I tend to be quite harsh on myself at best, but I suppose I can't be absolutely sure.

They did. They didn't provide the evidence though and I didn't think I would have entered the registration number two characters wrong.
