Do you know anything about this company? Are they likely to pursue to court?
Yes they are. But we win. You'll win.

With experience of these firms spanning more than a decade, both myself and @Grizebeck have seen off more PCCs (including in court) than you might imagine. Including CEL.

OK, search the forum for Wongaman

Start reading and stop being nervous!  Laugh when you read about their Head of Legal!

Email the reply to CEL and also read the rest of the second post of the NEWBIES thread so you are ready for the court claim.

PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Earlier this week I received a Letter of Claim - marked with the date 24th October 2024. Theyre a manipulative persistant  bunch. As far as I can tell, I don't have to actually respond. I guess I'm going to have to prepare my court proceedings soon though.

The first few lines of the second post of the NEWBIES thread explain how to react upon receipt of a Letter of Claim.

Haven't you already responded to a Letter of claim in August?
