Just received my "Welcome! Your switch to TSB is complete" letter but not mention of the free money. Is it normally mentioned in this letter? Does it arrive soon after the letter?

Has anyone that did meet the T&C's not receive their £75 incentive on the 18th. Myself and brother-in-law did, but my sister didn't. She contacted them via chat and they told her that they could see that she had met the T&C's and to allow until the 31st for payment.
