In that case, you may be stuck - consider raising a 'complaint' regarding not being able to use your card as you hadn't received a PIN and see if they'll bend the rules at all in your case?2catsandcounting said:

Nor sure your going get far with that since you dont need the pin to use the card online or with apple pay/google payBanksy_2 said:

That's true - although some banks require you to activate it either with the PIN or by sending you a code through the post, which can take longer again. Depends on the issuer really.antuk said:

I have not had the use the pin on all my transactions to jump through the hoops for the extra £75
It will be interesting to see how quick the payout is now I have done Septembers 5 debit card payments, deposited £500 too.
Just 2 direct debits to go out on the 15th
I know they have till the end of October but who knows till it's done2 -
Just as an update, I raised a complaint with TSB and rang today to say they’re honouring the offer, as they could see id tried requesting a PIN twice before the 31st. I’ve also finally received (4 copies of) my PIN 😂antuk said:

Where does it say in the terms and conditions you have to pay by physical card please ?jbrassy said:FYI - just spoke to TSB on the phone about this switch offer. I asked about whether the debit card transactions can be made using Apple Pay or whether you have to use the physical debit card. The person on the phone told me you have to use the physical debit card to get the switch bonuses.
I have the card in Apple wallet and that to me is paying by TSB debit card as per the terms
