  • Can anyone tell me, probably from earlier switching incentives, do TSB usually wait until the last minute to payout (i.e. until end September for the current offer .....)

Other banks have, in the past, paid out as soon as the qualifying criteria have been met .....

    Thanks as always.....

I'd have a punt, for this offer at least, the outstanding £75 will be paid on 26/10/2023.
The previous £125 was paid 4 days before the deadline.
  • Quick query as it's been a long time since a did a bank switch.

I initiated the switch last week from NatWest to TSB and it's due to complete on the 10th

Upon logging into my new TSB account I can see it's transferred the active direct debits over but it looks like it's transferred a load of old cancelled ones too.  These aren't going to reactivate, are they?

I can't click on each one yet as it gives an error, presumably because the switch isn't complete.
  • Has anyone received their £55 Quidco cashback for opening this account in February 2023 if they applied via Quidco?
Myself and my sister applied via Topcashback (as we had already previously received Quidco's in 2021) and ours were paid out 21st July, but my brother-in-laws via Quidco is still pending even though past the estimated payment date, though it did have an update the same day 21st July when ours was paid by Topcashback.

No, my Quidco cashback is still processing from 17th February.  I'm not confident it will be paid at all and wish I had gone through Topcashback, who are much more reliable.

I still have a cashback processing from 31st December with Quidco and there doesn't seem to be a way to chase them up, it is just a 'bot' on their message facility.

I usually go straight to TCB now and submit a highest cashback claim for these very reasons.

£30 from Quidco paid out today for TSB S&S account opened 01/02/23. No sign of the extra £75 from TSB yet, do I have to carry on making debit card spends (5? 10? 20?) until it arrives, think I've got my 6th and last £5 payment.

The relevant months for the switch and stay offer are April to September inclusive (5 debit card payments and £500 in).
  • Brother-in-law got his Quidco today too. Yes you need to have 5 purchases this month and then the £75 should be paid in October.
  • Just realised one of the criteria is make a debit card transaction. I haven’t received my PIN yet, so haven’t been able to (I requested another one a couple of days ago)  what are the chances I’ll get it £200 regardless?  So annoyed with myself!
