Letter of Claim from DCB Legal - PCN dated 2019

Coupon-mad said:But this is explained in the Template Defence thread 'first 12 steps'. We don't need to see that standard letter.
The CCBC are two months behind in sending DQs out, so your case will go quiet.
But we sincerely hope that you are au fait with the need to respond to the final Government Public Consultation?
We all need to ram the nail in the coffin of the false £70 'DRA fee' add-on, that actually funds the court claim and toxic CCJ culture, as well as the DRA and roboclaim 'legals' gaslighting of people.
Please come back here when it opens.
If you are not a regular reader, to be alerted you'll need to bookmark the thread by MSE_JC at the top of the forum and enable (on your profile) email alerts for bookmarked threads.
Don't wait for your DQ then come back and find you have missed your chance to change the law with your evidence.
Having re-read the newbies, and template defence thread again, as far as I understand, I must now wait for the N180 questionnaire. The mail from DCB states documents will be served via email if I have provided one, but in truth, it isn't 100% clear if I get them via email, snail mail or need to seek the N180 out myself...well, at least to someone experiencing this for the 1st time.
I reply to the mail from DCB above, and confirm I am happy to receive documents via mail, in .pdf format.
And then I'll give it a week I guess, and see if I receive anything.
If not I will get the N180 DQ myself, complete and send to DCB.

You only need to check your MCOL once a week to see if it has updated to inform you that your N180 DQ has been sent. Atthat point, just download your own N180, complete it and send back as a PDF attachment to the CCBC (same email address you used for your defence) and CC in DCB Limited AND BCC in yourself. That way you have proof it was sent.2 -

I didn't realise the delays were that long, good to know cheers.
Is there any point in me responding to the mail from DCB I quoted a few posts up?
My only thinking being they appear to ask a question, and don't want them to have anything to use 'against me'....i.e. "he never replied to this, or that" for example0 -
As I stated in my reply above "The CCBC are two months behind in sending DQs out, so your case will go quiet."

But you mention Public Consultations...where am I missing this?
You also mention a thread by MSE_JC, but the only stickie threads I see are the appeals guide feedback thread, and the one about unfriendly behavior.0 -

N180 questionnaire has just landed with me
As i understand, i complete as advised here: https://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/discussion/comment/71763411/#Comment_71763411
Does this need to be submitted via snail mail, or can it be done digitally
Edit:
Questionnaire can be sent via email to ccbcaq@hmcts.gsi.gov.uk ?
And also to DCB via mail??0 -
You send it as a PDF attachment to ccbcaq@justice.gov.uk AND to DCB Legal AND you cc to yourself. That way, if you receive it and you get the auto-response from the CNBC, it is proof you sent it.2
