I decided to delete them all and then add back 10 which were actively used (8 current accounts and 2 credit cards) last Friday. Rewards available dropped from 10 to 0. 5000 points arrived Saturday. Requested £50 on Sunday and it was in my bank account on Monday.
I did the same as you by deleting all accounts, then re-adding. However, I've been adding one account at a time. I'm up to five accounts now. It's taken about 5-6 days because on each occasion I've been revisiting the yougov site to check if the points were added for the bank account linked the previous day.
Also, adding one by one may be overkill, as yougov finance seemed to have improved their account qualification checking. I.e. they tell us at the time of adding that account qualifies.
Of the 5 accounts I added all of them said (at the time of adding ) they qualify and not one came back the next day (after 24 hours) saying 'sorry, it dosen't qualify '.
Mind you I've only done 5 accounts yet (with the revamped system). Maybe accounts CAN be rejected after 24 hours. In which case I will stick to the one by one method1 -
If you are adding new accounts, there is no longer any need to add one by one, as you won't be able to add non-qualifying ones.Even if renewing those added before the change, it seems there is feedback about those which don't add points.I experienced some appearing to renew successfully, but then resetting after a couple of days (fortunately this included one I didn't want to add, so it allowed me to ultimately get rid of it). Rewards left to add went back up once they were rejected.3

Cannot add account(s) at the moment on Yougov finance.
Message appears on screen saying 'we are currently updating our systems..'
I tried at around 10 am today, then again at 11 am, then again around 12 pm, and now (6:30 pm). Still the same error/warning.
edit: All working now. Was able to add an account at around 5:30 am today (Sun 23 April)0 -
Looks like Chase and Kroo will soon be addable as they are being added to Emma and therefore must be added to open banking in general.2

Chase and Kroo don't appear on Truelayer's most recent "what's next?" list
But Virgin Money 10-digit accounts, i.e. current accounts, might come soon. Sadly, with the max 10 account limit in yougov.finance, this will be of limited value now.
There is a wishlist for additional banks you can submit to Truelayer. You can fill the form in for Chase, but not for Kroo.1 -
Update: After adding accounts one by one with seven bank accounts,. i.e. add a bank account then check yougov next day to see if points have been added, I decided to add three bank accounts in one sweep couple of days ago.
Yesterday, I checked yougov website and 1500 points have been added taking the points total to 5250 (I already had 250 points at the start). Just redeemed £50.
p.s. there was only a minor hiccup while adding the three accounts. For some reason, after I selected the three TSB accounts (a classic account and two spend and save accounts) within TSB banking, an error popped up (something about connectivity), then I had to enter login password again (TSB login). Only had to enter the password I seems to recall (not the memorable info at this point - it was entered earlier though). Then I saw the yougov 'Congratulations' screen saying the three accounts were added.

Does anyone know how many transactions you need for an account to be eligible for this? There's a couple I tried adding that don't work due to not having enough transactions.0
