No notification. I set a reminder for when mine were due to expire. You can renew the connection from a few days prior.flaneurs_lobster said:Is there a notification (email?) when the account connections expire?

System still "updating" after 3 days and I can't re-connect accounts.
I half-fear this marks the end of this little earner1

Their website has a phone number with opening times:keiran said:System still "updating" after 3 days and I can't re-connect accounts.
I half-fear this marks the end of this little earnerTel - {Phone number removed by Forum Team}, 8am-6pmI just rang it.
I was greeted with the all familiar voicemail greeting '...voicemail service for 07570....please leave a message after the tone'.
Searched for 07570 online and it seems it's a number dedicated for mobiles on vodafone network.

Makes we wonder who on Earth has been buying the data that this scheme has generated and what they might look to gain from analysing it. That sampled demographic must consist of more than just freebie-junkies.Bazzalona13295 said:

Good luck to them with my set of accounts - 30 days of sod-all followed by 10 minutes of £2K in'n'out. Very typical.0

Their systems seem to have finally updated! - for anyone who wishes to add accounts.
I re-connected some accounts , but I see this message under "manage accounts"
"You currently have no rewards left to redeem. Please wait until the accounts are about to expire to be eligible for points again.""
And I see this message under "add bank account"
""You have reached the limit of 10 bank accounts. Please delete some if you wish to add another account, but bear in mind you will not receive any additional points if 10 rewards have already been redeemed in the last 3 months.""
Have I messed up, or is it simply that the points will appear tomorrow as a matter of course?

Ahhh - I now see that I received my last YouGov £50 payment on 28 March , and hence I fall foul of ""you will not receive any additional points if 10 rewards have already been redeemed in the last 3 months.""
All my added accounts had expired, but I had had to do a number of their surveys over time to get up to the next 5000 point tier in order to redeem the 4500 points which had accumulated due to adding bank accounts ( hope that makes sense)
So may be a cautionary note for MSErs to check the date of receipt of the last £50 reward when re-connecting accounts

The YGF customer service is rubbish. They didn't answer a question that I actually asked, and when I finally got them to understand they stopped responding for months.0

You can email it (infoATyougovDOTfinance) but they will never reply to it.flaneurs_lobster said:Is there a notification (email?) when the account connections expire?0

I have done yougov surveys for a good few years and was invited to yougov finance
I only had 1 bank and 1 credit card then but did get a couple of £50 gifts
I couldn't believe it when this thread started and people were registering multiple bank accounts
Now yougov finance have got wise to that and put on a limit of 10 accounts so I imagine they are happy with that so I can't see it ending anytime soon
