If everything works perfectly, the older ones redeem immediately (24/48 hours).OceanSound said:

You currently have no rewards left to redeem. Please wait until the accounts are about to expire to be eligible for points again.
Bit weird as I have redeemed 5000 points but have 3350 remaining. Anyway - that's nothing to do with adding more bank accounts. Anyone had this?
If you don't, you can check your account history (as a forumite had already mentioned in a previous post) and see when those account were added. That account history doesn't really say much apart from that. It would've been useful to have something like the last four digits of the account number that qualified for the points.
Then it's a case of working out three months from those dates and seeing when you should have rewards available again.
When I logged in to Yougov finance today it says I have 5 rewards to redeem. I added my accounts at the end of January and start of February. No idea how I already have 5 rewards when it's not even 90 days yet.
At least that is if they are new accounts.
If not its a mystery tbh and there isn't a huge amount of help or info on their site.
26 January 2023
If I visit this site to calculate the number of days between that date and today:
https://www.timeanddate.com/date/durationresult.html?d1=29&m1=01&y1=2023&d2=15&m2=4&y2=2023
Then answer is: 76 days (77 days including end date)
That's nowhere near 90 days!
So that would explain the majority of those points, I think I got around 1800 or 1900 straight away to add to a similar amount I was already on through surveys.
The confusion comes when they don't - maybe like in my case they are newer accounts - and you're left wondering should you try to relink them now or wait till the next 90 days is due when by then they SHOULD be eligible.
I just think when the next set rolls round, do them one at a time and then you'll know for sure. Mine are all staggered, some have 42 days left, some 49, 52, 59 etc, simply because I was waiting for cards in some cases and also getting some apps to 'accept' Trulayer was proving difficult.
But I'm happy to wait.

But I'm happy to wait. How do I have 5 rewards to redeem though when my oldest accounts were redeemed only 75 - 76 days ago.To get 5000 points I would've needed 10 accounts or more - and the oldest accounts were added on 26 January. So, none of those accounts have passed the 90 days mark and yet I have 5 rewards available.0 -
When they introduced the 10 account and 10 reward limit, they didn't set the 'rewards to redeem' figure accurately based on what had already been claimed in the prior 90 days. I started out with 9 to redeem, even though I'd been paid over 4000 points just a few weeks earlier and added nothing thereafter. Having reconsented most of my accounts today, I'm down to 0 to redeem and cannot add a 10th account. I'll be watching keenly what happens with my points and rewards to redeem over the coming week. Hopefully I will not have to wait until the 3 month anniversary of the 10 account restrictions to add my 10th account.

what does 10 rewards mean? If I convert 5000 points to £50 and have it paid to bank account, then does that count as 1 reward?masonic said:When they introduced the 10 account and 10 reward limit, they didn't set the 'rewards to redeem' figure accurately based on what had already been claimed in the prior 90 days. I've stopped trying to figure it out haha!!OceanSound said:

I think in my case the 5 rewards left to reddem refers to the new accounts I set up on hearing about this, I'm assuming/hoping that will be sorted in the next month or 2.
But I've got no other eligible accounts so its not worth worrying about, if I had I might be rejigging them a bit in order to hit the 5000 points.
I've not so it remains an enigma of sorts.0 -
If it were payouts, then it would be impossible to earn more than two in a three month period. So one reward must equal the credit of 500 or 100 points for an account. This would explain why mine went from 9 to 0 when I reconsented 9 accounts. I just can't explain why I started at 9 when I originally added about 12 accounts (I've not yet reached 5000 points to be able to cash out anything).

i didn't want to delete and re-add because i was under the impression this would not qualify for rewards??
i'm sure somewhere i read previously added accounts don't qualify if deleted and added again?? hence having to 'reconsent' access?
clear as mud!! lol

if all the 9 re-consented accounts are current accounts (makes sense to have current accounts they are worth more points than savings accounts) then you only need two of those to reach 5000 points and cash in on the £50 ?masonic said:If it were payouts, then it would be impossible to earn more than two in a three month period. I did look at doing that but yes you're right, the message comes up that you'll get no points in that case so its best to simply wait.carpy said:i didn't want to delete and re-add because i was under the impression this would not qualify for rewards??

Presumably that statement (which is shown when you try to delete an account), refers to deleting and adding them again within the 90 day access period. Others have confirmed that points were awarded when they did this after the access had expired.carpy said:i didn't want to delete and re-add because i was under the impression this would not qualify for rewards??
