Not sure I can go through all that pain again!

Me being me I had no patience and tried to put the new accounts in before they became 'eligible'. I think I know which ones are earning now but its really still guesswork.
Have you had your £50 yet? Wondered how quickly it processes.0 -

Is there a way of seeing how your points were accrued? There’s a ‘my history’ heading in your profile section on the YouGov app, or ‘account history’ on the YouGov website.
This lists dates and points added.0 -
I just went back to add some more accounts and instead of the button to add accounts I got this...
You currently have no rewards left to redeem. Please wait until the accounts are about to expire to be eligible for points again.
Bit weird as I have redeemed 5000 points but have 3350 remaining. Anyway - that's nothing to do with adding more bank accounts. Anyone had this?

If you don't, you can check your account history (as a forumite had already mentioned in a previous post) and see when those account were added. That account history doesn't really say much apart from that. It would've been useful to have something like the last four digits of the account number that qualified for the points.
Then it's a case of working out three months from those dates and seeing when you should have rewards available again.
When I logged in to Yougov finance today it says I have 5 rewards to redeem. I added my accounts at the end of January and start of February. No idea how I already have 5 rewards when it's not even 90 days yet.

At least that is if they are new accounts.
If not its a mystery tbh and there isn't a huge amount of help or info on their site.0 -
Band7 said:They have all sorts of system troubles. I have given up reconsenting but I am unable today to add another account, despite them saying I can still add one. Might be worth you reporting your issue to them so they can fix it?At the end of January, beginning of February I added 11 current accounts, 3 credit card account and about 5 savings accounts. Did get just over 5000 point and cashed in on the £50 immediately. From the mix of accounts added clearly only some accounts qualified (at that time there was no 'you don't have enough transactions' message appearing - this seems to be a new feature). When I logged in to Yougov finance on wednesday, it said i have 5 rewards available. I deleted all the accounts. Yesterday added my tsb spend and save current account. I didn't add this the last time (in January/February) as that account had just been opened and I wasn't sure it would be accepted at that time.Yesterday when I connected that account, the 'congradulations' message as indicatted on your post showed up:Now I'm waiting 24 -48 hours (i think they mean business hours, so weekends and bank holidays don't count) to see if that account is actually awarded the 500 points. From what i gather there are two hurdles. First one I've overcome. That's when I saw the 'congratulations' message. That's where Yougov finance checks the account if it's associated with another yougov finance account etc, checks it it has enough transactions or spews out some other error. Once this hurdle is overcome, then could it still fail at the second hurdle? i.e. the one that takes 24-48 hours? WHat exactly is the second hurdle about ? (given that yougov finance checks the enough transactions bit at the outset)Now that I only have one finger in one pie, I cannot be distracted with other pies. If the 500 points don't come about on Monday or Tuesday I know that the TSB spend and save account didn't qualify for some reason. It cannot be due to 'not enough transactions' because as a forumite has mentioned in a previous post, thiis error/warning it spewed out when we add the account. Also, I can assure you that since January there has been many transactions regularly on this account. So, it must be some other reason. Hopefully, yougov finance will tell me what that reason is (if it dosen't qualify). It would be prudent for me to wait until end of April or start of May before adding the 'old' accounts (the ones I already had the incentive for, which are due to expire after the 3 month time frame). Does anyone know what will happen if I try to add them before the three months?Say for example I try to add one of those accounts (from the top of my head, one of these was a Halifax reward current account) tonight. Would I still see the 'congratulations' message or will it fail at that point? If I see the 'congratulations' message does it go through to the next stage and fail during the 24-48 period?0

26 January 2023
If I visit this site to calculate the number of days between that date and today:
https://www.timeanddate.com/date/durationresult.html?d1=29&m1=01&y1=2023&d2=15&m2=4&y2=2023
Then answer is: 76 days (77 days including end date)
That's nowhere near 90 days!0
