also for anyone who is into diamond painting you may not know about this product. It always frustrates me how many little gems I have left over. Well I have found a way to use them up. You paint this stuff onto your picture as I have on this christmas card and it doesnt dry out. It just stays tacky allowing you to make your own diamond paintings. I then paint over the picture with modge podge leaving the background clear just to set them. I know we are not supposed to be spending on more stash but look into it. "TACK IT" only costs a few pounds and lifts cards from basic to luxury. Some cards took longer than others so I am counting them as packs of 5. 3 more items made.

You have been busy! I made a mess of the top I was sewing
but now that I’ve established the pattern fits I decided to call the wrecked one a trial and cut a new one. It shouldn’t take too long to sew up either

Still tidying, but have found my next piece to finish. It will be a case for my tablet. I made one for my husbands kindle, and then started this one. Half a front done, then sat there for two years, typical! This is the current state.plumduff55 said:
I'm going to start that denim Aran waistcoat again. I can't put it off any longer 🥴. I'm going to do a tension square first in a basket weave stitch. I will then take time to adjust it to fit another pattern. It better work this time as it nearly drove me mad last year 😡
Ive got all my colours together ready to start my temperature blanket. I have recorded the daily temperatures and I'm looking forward to trying crochet again.
Happy crafting xx
@plumduff55 - it sounds like you have been busy but I hope you enjoyed your visits with the little ones.
Good luck on your attempt for the waistcoat. I can remember your adventures last year with it. Im sure I heard you swearing from here some days!
Cant wait to see your temperature blanket. A friend of mine who is a really good crochet-er has offered to give me a few lessons for crochet so I will be trying to tackle that at some point to use up some more of my stashTime to find me again3 -
Progress is progress......Im still going with the Robins. Its starting to look more bird like now though so thats a positive.
I am trying to decide what to attempt next as I had my Hobby Craft delivery yesterday but Im reluctant to open it and have a look since I know I still have lots of other projects to do / sort/ paint / finish etc. So for now I may just check it to see if the glass jars have survived delivery intact and then I might just leave it all there to try and focus on some of the other bits I need to do.
I know Valentines day is coming up and my mother in laws birthday and I really want to get this cross stitch finished for then to give as a gift so I need to have it done by mid February so I can frame it up for her. Then the dreaded month of March hits and I have about 6 birthdays and 2 anniversaries so I will have to try and juggle some card making too between now and then.

@Sammy_Kaye18, you cross stitch very quickly. Do you find it calming? I am really enjoying watching him grow.craft stash 2023 =161, 2024 = 119 2025 = £25.96 spent, 128 made and 5 mended,

@Stashbuster such a shame about the top, but I am looking forward to seeing the new one.
@sammy_kaye18 good idea to check the delivery is all there, you never know. And those Robins are starting to look very Robin like! And thanks for the reminder about valentines day. Only a card to make for hubby, but I like to do it when he is out on Friday mornings, and I soon run out of them.
