Yes we had 4 mortgages. the one on our own house (which we have now paid off) and 3 BTL mortgages. We have enough saved to pay off BTL1 mortgage in full and the totals you are currently seeing are going towards BTL2.
We have an investment account which is currently worth around £55K so this will be used towards BTL3 and then we will get the rest of the money for that mortgage as we have done to pay the other two off if that makes sense?
I roughly know what I'm doing - which makes a change as usually I'm cluelessMortgage - £2338.07 paid off Feb 2023 BTL 1 £51,089.10 £35789.36 paid off July 2025 BTL 2 £81,504.52 BTL 3 £77,497.022 -

I roughly know what I'm doing - which makes a change as usually I'm clueless. I don't have a mortgage, hence trying to get rid of the short term debt, which I used instead. I think it will work out better as I should be paid off by next summer. Hard to overpay at that rate on a normal mortgage
