    Good afternoon,

I can finally report more added to my OP savings pot today as it feels like ages since I last posted :(

    Morning,

Sorry been so busy with work that I have not updated for a while so here goes:-

    My total now currently stands at £48251.07/ £81700 = 59.05%  <3

I've bit another full percentage - albeit very slowly but I'm creeping that little bit closer towards BTL mortgage 2 being cleared when the fixed rate expires next year :)

I'm like buses - nowhere to be seen for ages and then two come along at once  :D:)

I've just remembered that it is interest day on one of my savings accounts and that I hadn't transferred the extra rent over for a couple of months so I am declaring a little bit more today as follows:-

£ 287.64 interest on one savings account
£ 150.00 extra rent from increase (two months worth)
£   10.00 from FB Marketplace sale
£1000.00 excess in bank account from last month

So in total that is an additional £1447.64 added :)

    My total now currently stands at £50730.00/ £81700 = 62.09%  <3

That's managed to move me another 2% and we are now over the £50K mark - I'm feeling very proud of our achievements so far :)

It's going well. Ice cream shop sounds lovely. I'm craving ice cream now. Different as a customer I know but if it's a nice summer should be a good sideline for you
