Me again,
I have managed to pay in my Christmas money from my wonderful parents of £700 (I am so grateful to them) and I also found £200 from last year in my craft room so all has been paid into our OP savings account.
I have also transferred £26 from using Asda reward vouchers and £46.31 from my paypal account for some plantable cards I sold on facebook which were found when cleaning my study (all in all a very lucrative task completed)
This means my total now currently stands at £40800.13/ £81700 = 49.93%
I'm so close to the 50% mark - if I can only find another £50 I will reach the 50% markMortgage - £2338.07 paid off Feb 2023 BTL 1 £51,089.10 £35789.36 paid off July 2025 BTL 2 £81,504.52 BTL 3 £77,497.021
