    Good morning,

A little more progress to declare from me as I have managed to add £262.39 into our OP savings accounts thanks to pay day from the new cafe :) Interest has also been added into our new savings account so that is a further £239.95 towards our mortgage fund as well :)

    Our current total now stands at £25781.57 / £81700 = 31.55%

    We are getting there slowly.

  • Morning 1%ers :)

It's payday for Burger King today so I have added £100.10 into our OP savings account. Sadly this will be my last one from them I think as the season is now at a close.

    This brings our total to  £25881.67 / £81700 = 31.67%

    It's creeping up slowly :)

  • Two more pay days for me so can declare a further £373.88 has been added to the OP savings account ready to help to pay off our BTL mortgages when the fixed rates come to an end.

    Our total now stands at £26255.55 / £81700 = 32.13%

I've moved another percent closer to clearing BTL number 2 mortgage :)

It makes all the hours I am currently working a little bit more bearable when I see my percentages go up although I need to find a way to earn more as I am very impatient and want more progress now ;)

Payday yesterday & I've repaid the bf £88.22, to round the balance I owe him to £8000. Before I started paying this back, I owed him £15909, so I'm feeling great at this progress. My aim is to pay him back completely by the end of 2025. Then its just the mortgage!

Payday for the cafe job yesterday (but it was my 50th birthday so I did not have a chance to transfer into the OP savings until today as I was out celebrating).

    £686.91 added from said wages bring my total to £27466.88 / £81700 = 33.61%

Wahoo next full percentage hit and over half way to the next :)

I feel like I am making small progress at the moment but all the small things do seem to be adding up and our balance is heading in the right direction :)

  • I've managed to add another £103.50 into the OP savings account today thanks to my wages from the new cafe. Not loads but it is still something and I will be really glad of the hours from this job come the end of October when the other cafe's hours and the chip shop hours will be reduced considerably :)

    Our total now stands at £27883.25 / £81700 = 34.12%

    I'm creeping up slowly  <3
