My total now stands at £10336.77/£81700 = 12.65%
Less than 0.5% to go to reach my next full percentageMortgage - £2338.07 paid off Feb 2023 BTL 1 £51,089.10 £35789.36 paid off July 2025 BTL 2 £81,504.52 BTL 3 £77,497.020 -
Me again - sorry for hogging the thread.
I've just transferred £97.82 into the OP savings account made up of £80.92 from FB Marketplace sales (after paypal fees) and £17 from my son not having a guitar lesson as his teacher is gigging in Spain this week.
This means my total is now up to £10434.59/£81700 = 12.77%
Slow progress but at least I am another 0.1% closer to where I want to be and only another £186.41 needed to reach the next whole percentage

Sorry to hear about your hubby - I totally feel for you both - it is so hard being self employed at the moment - especially when you are sick and receive no pay. I hope things are back on track for you soon and he feels better sooner rather than later.
Take care of yourselves x
