I've finally got paid from my little cafe job although nowhere near as I thought so I will have to look at my payslip when I am next in work.
In the meantime I have transferred the £275.93 I received into the OP savings account.

My total now stands at £6928.95/£81700 = 8.48%

Small progress but at the moment I am just happy that at least a little progress is being made as I feel like I'm wading through treacle :(

We have finally made a bit more progress this month (although we still seem to be wading through treacle!!)

I have been paid again from Burger King job so that's added £348.86 into the pot and the savings account has paid out its monthly interest so that's another £430.22 so in total £779.08 has been added in today.

Our total now stands at £7708.03/£81700 = 9.43%

Next stop 10% which we can hopefully make when hubby's payday hits on Monday :)

  • Hi all I'm joining. We have £1000 on a 0% credit card which runs out in August. Going to try and pay it off with eBay sales and surveys. So 1%=£10 and I've just paid 1% off with some survey cash

    Hello and welcome.
That sounds like a great plan to pay off the card and more than doable for August to save you paying any interest.
    Good luck.

    Morning.

Hope you all enjoyed a good Easter break. I was working through all of it and still don't have a day off until Friday but at least it's enabling me to add some money into the pot so it is all good for me :)

I am just popping on to declare a further £1858 paid into the OP savings pot today thanks to £608 from monthly subscription cuts and £1250 from hubbies OT.

    This takes our total to £9566.03/£81700 = 11.70%  <3

That's taken us to over the 10% mark (finally) so the next milestone is 15% - only £2688.97 to find to reach it ;)

  • I haven't got any more than 1% yet but have done some surveys so I will have some to add soon.

    My total is now £9813.62/£81700 = 12.01%  <3

Finally I seem to be moving in the right direction again :)
