It is very slow progress from me after the promising start for this month.
I have managed to transfer another £40 into the overpayment savings account today though for some NSD's this month so my total now stands at £2486.61/£81700 = 3.04%
I've finally reached the 3% mark - I'm certainly not liking this mortgage as much as the last one!!!Mortgage - £2338.07 paid off Feb 2023 BTL 1 £51,089.10 £35789.36 paid off July 2025 BTL 2 £81,504.52 BTL 3 £77,497.020 -

Hooray for payday as well

After what feels like slow progress this month I can finally declare a further £2961.65 has been added to the OP savings pot. This is made up of £1900 OT from hubby's job, £600 left in account at end of month, £10 from two NSD's and £451.65 interest on savings.
This means our total now stands at £5448.26/£81700 = 6.66%
Finally it feels like we are getting there but I am eager to reach that 10% figure as quickly as I can so I'm off to try and find some more ways to add some cash asap

£65 added into my OP savings pot today from my paypal account for business sales. Not much but every penny counts.
This means our total now stands at £5513.26/£81700 = 6.74%
Not a whole percentage gained but all those 0.1 count and help me on my way
